1. Adjust the roller spacing and speed of the noodle press according to the characteristics of the ingredients and processing requirements. Ensure that the gap between the rollers is within the allowable adjustment range and the axial gap is uniform to improve the quality of the surface coating and extend the service life of the machine
2. Place the well kneaded dough into the dough hopper of the dough press, introduce it between the dough rollers, and repeat the rolling process 4-5 times. Finally, adjust the surface roll gap to the required thickness, and conduct the last re pressing.
